With all the sweet treats around, it’s a good time to remember how sugar affects your teeth. It’s not just about how much sugar you have, but how often you have it.

Grazing on chocolate or sipping sugary drinks throughout the day can do more harm than enjoying them in one go. So, top tip (for tomorrow and beyond) - if you’re having something sugary, try to enjoy it all at once rather than little and often! 😋
